Our tutors Kamal and Andy have kindly produced a series of exercise videos that you can follow at home. They're FREE to watch and any Brooklands (exercise group) member can take part.
Have a go - but be careful and stay safe. Please only take part in exercises with which you feel comfortable. It is your responsibility to follow these exercises carefully and safely.
